For custom projects and commissioned work, clients receive a license to use the finished materials within their own business. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing custom documents outside your organization is strictly prohibited. SAMANTHA retains intellectual property rights to the underlying content and frameworks and may adapt non-confidential elements into future templates or resources. Any proprietary details specific to your business (such as names, branding, or internal processes) will not be reused or shared.

Refund Policy

All sales of digital products are final. Refunds will not be issued once a template or document has been purchased, as digital products cannot be “returned” once access has been granted. If you encounter technical issues with accessing your files, support will be provided to ensure you receive your purchase.

For custom projects and services, fees are billed on an hourly basis. Deposits are non-refundable. Clients are responsible for payment of all hours worked, including any revisions or adjustments requested during the project. Refunds are not provided for custom services.
